Roof trusses being fitted to the timber frame of a barn shelter during installation

[ How we work ]

One company, from the first visit to the last screw.

Most suppliers sell you a product and leave the rest to you. We draw it, make it in our own factory and install it with our own team, so there is one company responsible and one number to ring.

[ The process ]

From first visit to final fitting.

01

Free Site Visit

We come to you, measure up and talk through what you need. There is no cost and no obligation.

It is also the point where we tell you honestly if something will not work in the space you have, or if there is a simpler way to get what you want.

02

Design and Quote

We draw it up by hand, to scale, and give you a fixed price.

If you are applying for funding, the drawing and the written quote are usually what a funder wants to see, so ask us for both at the start.

03

Made in Our Workshop

Built by our own team in our 3,500 square metre factory in Ystrad Mynach, with CNC cutting, a spray booth and metal fabrication under the same roof.

Because we make it ourselves, a change part way through is a conversation rather than a new order from a supplier.

04

Installed by Our Team

Delivered and fitted on site by the people who made it.

We fence off the work area for the whole installation, so nobody can get into it while we are there.

05

Aftercare

We come back, inspect the timber and re-oil it, so it lasts.

On a yearly maintenance plan we inspect, make good any minor damage and re-spray. In year five we add an anti-fungal treatment.

[ Timescales ]

How long it usually takes.

Smaller projects

About a week on site.

Larger projects, such as an outdoor classroom

Up to four weeks on site.

Lead times from order to installation vary with the time of year, so ask us when you enquire.
