These terms cover use of this website. Any work we agree to carry out will be subject to the quotation and contract terms agreed for that job.
2. Information on the site
The site provides general information about our work. It is not technical, structural, safety or legal advice and does not replace a discussion about your site and requirements. We aim to keep it accurate, but descriptions, photographs and availability may change.
Illustrative photographs and generated images show possibilities and are not evidence that a particular project was completed at a named site. Pictures produced by the concept tool are visual ideas, not construction drawings, specifications, planning approval or a promise that the pictured structure can be built.
3. Prices, quotations and enquiries
The final price depends on the design, site and agreed scope. We give quotations after a site visit, when we have measured up and discussed what is needed.
Submitting an enquiry or using the concept tool does not place an order or create a contract for work. Please check the written quotation for the price, VAT, what is included and any terms before agreeing to proceed.
4. Content and designs
Rights in the site's text, photographs, branding and designs belong to their respective owners. You may view the site and keep a copy for your own consideration of a project. Please obtain permission before reproducing or using the content commercially.
A project drawing or design supplied during an enquiry does not automatically transfer ownership or give permission for another supplier to reproduce it. Any licence or transfer of design rights should be agreed in writing. Rights in generated concept images depend on the relevant service terms and applicable law.
5. Links to other websites
We link to external services for directions, social pages and further information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean we endorse everything on that site.
6. Using the site responsibly
Please do not misuse the forms or concept tool, attempt to bypass picture allowances, disrupt the site or submit material you are not entitled to use. Only upload photographs you have permission to share, and avoid personal or sensitive information in uploaded images.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on general website information without obtaining an agreed specification or professional advice appropriate to your project. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free from errors. This does not limit obligations or remedies under a separate contract for work.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how this website handles enquiries, concept requests and other personal information.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory rights a consumer has to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
