[ What we build ]
Every shelter we make is drawn, built and installed by our own team. Sizes, roofs and finishes are made to suit the site, so what goes in fits the space rather than the other way round.
[ The range ]
Our best known shelter, sized for a full class.
Made to measure, fully waterproof, for when the space needs covering properly.
A clear roof keeps the light in, which suits a space hemmed in by buildings.
Fixed to an existing wall, so you keep the floor space and gain a dry area.
Open timber structures for shade, planting and a bit of shape in a space.
A raised deck with a roof over it, so the ground underneath stops being the problem.
[ The Barn, in full ]
A fully waterproof timber shelter, designed to make outdoor space useful in every season.
[ How they are built ]
Galvanised steel posts are concreted into the ground and the timber legs sit over them, so the timber never sits in wet ground.
Locally sourced oak and sweet chestnut, alongside Douglas fir, larch and spruce, from managed forests.
Everything is finished in an oil-based product, and we recommend re-coating each spring.
Every structure is drawn by hand, to scale, before anything is cut.
[ Who we build them for ]

Everything we make is finished in an oil-based product, and we recommend re-coating each spring. That stops the timber cracking and splintering, keeps the water out and slows the algae that makes a surface slippery.
On a yearly maintenance plan we come back, inspect the timber, make good any minor damage and re-spray it. In year five we add an anti-fungal treatment.
[ How we work ]
We come to you, measure up and talk through what you need.
We draw it up by hand, to scale, and give you a fixed price.
Built by our own team in Ystrad Mynach.
Delivered and fitted on site by the people who made it.
We come back, inspect the timber and re-oil it, so it lasts.
